Email support@repeto.space for anything: bugs, billing, feature requests, or questions about your data. Include the email you signed in with and, for bugs, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — screenshots help a lot.
Subscriptions and billing
Purchases made on iOS are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings; web purchases are managed from Settings → Billing in the web app. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your cards and review history stay intact on the free tier.
Your data
You can export your decks from the app at any time. To delete your account and all data permanently, use Settings → Profile → Delete account, or email us from your account address and we'll do it within 30 days.
Sync issues
Reviews are saved locally first, so nothing is lost when you're offline. If devices look out of sync, make sure both are signed in to the same account and online, then pull to refresh. Still stuck? Email us with both device types and we'll dig in.
