Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Repeto. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

Your account

You need an Apple or Google account to sign in, and you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Repeto.

Your content

Decks, cards, and anything you import remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and sync that content — including sending it to AI providers to generate the flashcards you ask for. Only import content you have the right to use.

Marketplace

If you publish a deck to the marketplace you grant other Repeto users a license to study and adapt it inside Repeto. Don't publish content that infringes copyright, and we may remove decks that do.

Subscriptions

Repeto has a free tier with usage limits and a paid subscription that lifts them. Payments are handled by the App Store or our web billing provider; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account or billing settings. Refunds follow the store's policy where you purchased.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping other users' content, no attempts to break authentication or rate limits, no using AI generation for illegal content, and no reselling access.

AI output

Generated flashcards can contain mistakes. Review important material before relying on it — Repeto is a study tool, not a source of professional advice.

Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do.
